Out of pure curiosity, who is the hawke that follows him?

BRONA.

Who is by no means a better person and in fact is entirely a reaction to Carrow and does a lot of the things Carrow does but for different reasons. Carrow’s a self-centered douchebag. If there is no Circle in Ferelden, he doesn’t have a Circle to go to, so he can hide merrily in a cave in the Anderfels where no one can find him (HA). Brona, on the other hand, thinks mages are ticking time bombs (THANK YOU ANDERS also a reaction to her psycho cousin) and should probably all be locked up. She is a devout Andrastian and will likely have a chaste as hell relationship with Sebastian because fornication, as we all know, is wrong. After all, Andraste didn’t bone the Maker, did she? No. Hence, sex = bad.

She’s a two handed warrior, will likely ruin Merrill’s life, turn Isabela over to the Qunari, and let Sebastian kill Anders with gleeful mirth in her eyes. Fenris will likely be her bro. I suspect Varric won’t like her very much.

I can’t wait.

So this fuck. This is Carrow “gives no fucks about your Blight” Amell. He’s here for booze, hookers, and cheap glory.

Carrow is what came of my desire to play a character who makes all the awful choices in DAO. He killed Connor, he annulled the Circle, let Branka live and make more golems all that. If there was a way to get Alistair to perform the Dark Ritual with Morrigan while also recruiting Loghain, he’d do that, too. As it stands, Alistair gets forced into a marriage with Anora while Loghain gets to sleep with Morrigan for maximum discomfort.

He’s a racist douchebag, a coward, and all around horrible human being. But he’s also very good at making sure certain people see certain sides of him - that’s his self-preservation. Carrow is all about Carrow all the time. If he owned a television network, it would be Why Carrow is Awesome 24/7. He’s unrepentant, irredeemable, and to be honest kind of refreshing. I like playing someone who legitimately gives zero fucks.

Y’all remember dick!mage Carrow? This is his cousin, Brona Hawke.

No, I haven’t finished his playthrough. I just really wanted to make her face. They look a little a like, but not much.

Act 2! This set got… messy. :| The first page is a disaster of arrows, and the third page is kind of sad and pathetic. BUT HERE IT IS, and here is the Act 1 set.

The PDF of the whole thing will go up on Box when I’m done.

so jack(e) just named her mabari shepard

shortbrunetteandsnarky replied to your post: Who is Jack or Jacke going to romance? Also, I’m guessing she’s agressive?

Rivalmance or Friendmance?

Not sure quite yet, but likely a rivalmance. My Garrett was friendly with mostly everyone, and now that I have my Act 1 approval cheat sheet, I can stack the deck in my favor. Last time, I just opted for the diplomatic answer every time and rolled with the punches.

Anonymous asked: Who is Jack or Jacke going to romance? Also, I'm guessing she's agressive?

MERRILL I HAVE BEEN WAITING ALL OF GARRETT’S PLAY THROUGH TO ROMANCE MERRILL I AM SO EXCITED /FROTHS

She’s mainly sarcastic, actually, but is mostly a healthy mix. I found that playing strictly one dialog option with Garrett, while easy, was really boring.

weirdoqueen replied to your post: So I’m going through DA2 again with Jack(e) Hawke…

omg so you’re playing a me hawke???

nonono.

Well maybe.

I made a bald Hawke a while back and thought “OH SHE LOOKS LIKE JACK” so I named her Jack.

Carver: Totes distressed.

So I’m going through DA2 again with Jack(e) Hawke the Force Mage of Death and Doom (FUCK YEAH FORCE MAGERY BEST CLASS YES) and I just. I really like how Lady Hawke’s butt swings.

So here’s the Act 1 “spreadsheet” for DA2 containing the optimal quest order (more or less) as well as approval. The approval may be borked. I haven’t tested any of it; it came off the DA Wiki. Each page will print at 8.5 x 11” and fill the sheet. You’ll want to open the images from my tumblr page to get the full resolution. If you want, I can make a larger, poster sized version, too, that will fit together when printed.

My suggestion is to do A Friend in the Guard, A Business Discussion, Long Way Home, and then quests related to A New Home since that leads to the Act 1 conclusion. The quests flow in that order (you’ll see “START” and the Destruction of Lothering topping each page).
