Based on this map 50-80% of people in Madison, Wisconsin calls it pop, I’ve always called it soda, but both of my sisters and my brother say pop!

Haha, I grew up in that large chunk of yellow on Florida… I call it soda.
And, whenever I hear some call it “Pop” in my general area…

I grew up in Central Wisconsin, so this is an extremely divisive issue where I come from.  In fact, I can see my county on that map, and it’s bright blue, surrounded by bright yellow counties on two sides and blue on the others.  It’s like a war zone in there, man.
For the record, I’m from a soda family.

Most of Chicago does not call it pop anymore. Most people call it soda. And strangely enough, I never met a person in Michigan who called it pop either :\
